Tubular breast

Frequently occurring breast deformity with underdevelopment of the lower two quadrants of the breast, large nipples, and tubular glandular tissue. Very good results can be achieved through reconstruction using expander expansion and horizontal internal division and relocation of the gland into the lower two quadrants („unfurling procedure“), followed by a silicone implant.
