We combined our 2018 Christmas party with a sensory seminar and wine tasting. We enjoyed excellent wines from many regions of Italy and were able to test our sensory skills with selected essences (basil, nutmeg, bay leaf, lemon, juniper, cinnamon, vanilla, aniseed, clove, apple, mushroom, rose, paprika, pepper and many more).
